Casa Grande Hotel Resort & Spa, Guaruja

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The staff truly made the experience enjoyable with their genuine smiles and friendliness, but the room's outdated AC and limited dining options were frustrating. Additionally, even though the facilities like the pool were great, I felt the value for what I paid wasn't quite justified based on the overall experience.
